Dear Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of your Mother Mary, I offer you my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the holy sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the conversion of poor sinners, for the unity of all Christians, and for my special intention.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
